Timber-Aluminium Window | Compakt ULTRA®
Compakt ULTRA® profile is exceptionally stable, elegant and easy to transport. Flat aluminium external profile design can be plasticized or eloxated. Compakt ULTRA profile is only 63mm thick and 104mm wide with exceptional thermal conductivity and design. The aluminium and timber parts are separated with a PVC profile which is an excellent thermal insulator. PCV profile is additionally injected with PUR foam which has low thermal conductivity with lambda value of 0,021.
PVC broken thermal bridge used in WINDOR® profiles connects aluminium and timber parts, thus stopping the transfer of heat/energy.
Compakt ULTRA® design ensures more light for the interior and stability for larger apertures. The timber part of the window decorates the three-part composite structure of timber, aluminium and PVC. Aluminum profile provides durability and does not require repeated coating since it is weather resistant, PVC pofile separates aluminium from timber breaking the thermal bridge between them, while timber profile ensures comfort and warmth of the interior.

Equipment and safety
WINDOR® windows are equipped with Siegenia safety casing. Casings can have additional closed-window ventilation elements, which is extremely important due to condensation in newly built objects.Find out more ⇢
Profile sealing is extremely important for humidity, rain and draft damage prevention. For our products, we use safety seals designed in our Product development department. Q-LON seals by the renown Schlegel factory are used for window casements, while EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) seals are used for window frames.Find out more ⇢

In order to maximize energy efficiency, joinery is installed according to RAL guidelines. The space between windows and walls is filled with waterproof, vapor conductive foil on the outer side and vapor nonconductive foil on the inner side. This achieves vapor conductivity and air non conductivity of the interior.
Installation according to RAL guidelines enables free exit of vapor from the interior, while preventing entry of water and rain.
